Forms leaders will need for the scouting year. Den Advancement Form - used by Den Leaders to record awards or rank advancement of their scouts. This form should be turned in to the Advancements Chair at the beginning of each monthly Committee Meeting. Advancements would then be awarded to the Scouts at the next Pack Meeting. Use Uniform Inspection Sheets for Cub Scout/Webelos to help your den parents with uniform insignia placement. Leader Procedures for Reserving Meeting Rooms at Dorothy Nolan - use these procedures for reserving a meeting location at the school. If you ever have questions about these procedures, PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL! Instead, please call the Pack 24 Committee Chair, the Cubmaster, or another leader. Den Recognition Forms - these forms are used by Den Leaders to record Sports and Academic beltloops and pins. Local Tour Permit - use this form to arrange for a field trip with your Scouts.
